Sukoon / Jazm
Today I will learn letters that rest with a sukoon.
A letter with a sukoon ( ـْ ) has no vowel. Join it to the letter before it: اَبْ = "ab", اِبْ = "ib", اُبْ = "ub".
Tip for parents: Do not add an extra vowel after the resting letter. Short, crisp and joined.
