Who we are

What we collect

  • Trial booking form: your name, email and/or phone, preferred contact method, country, time zone, who is learning, an age range, course, optional preferred times, how you heard about us and an optional referral name. We deliberately do not ask for a child’s name or date of birth on the form.
  • Class records: attendance, lesson notes and progress reports, once enrolled.
  • Payments: handled by [PAYMENT PROVIDER]; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Technical: a strictly necessary session cookie for form security (anti-spam and CSRF protection), and an anonymised record of form submissions per connection for rate limiting.
  • On your device only: your currency choice and Kids Corner game stars are stored in your browser’s local storage and are never sent to us.

How we use it

  • To arrange trial lessons, match a teacher, schedule lessons and send progress reports.
  • To contact you by your chosen method (WhatsApp, email or phone) about your booking.
  • To keep the records we are required to keep.

Where it is stored

Booking requests are emailed to our admissions inbox and saved in a protected file on our web host ([HOSTING PROVIDER: Hostinger]). Our teachers and administration are based in Pakistan, so data may be processed outside your country. [ADD TRANSFER SAFEGUARDS AS ADVISED.]

Analytics
